So Good Jalapino Roasted Pepper Humus


 

1 16 oz. can of chick peas drained

2 cloves of garlic peeled

1 Orange bell pepper, roasted skin and seeds removed.

2 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro

½ tsp. kosher salt

½ tsp. smoked paprika

½ tsp. garlic powder

 

In a blender place all ingredients.  Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with veggies, pita chips of as a spread on wraps or sandwiches.

 

Makes 8, 2 oz. servings
